The 3mm stator height loses massive amounts of torque compared to it's taller siblings, but it's sweet spot of efficiency is also in a much lower spot. Better suited for very light prop loads, staying under 0.7Ncm lets the motor spin at the speed it wants to be at without getting bogged down. Seems best suited to a 2 or 2.5" prop load. Though it could probably swing a very light 3" it would be much more sluggish from the high static load.
